This course equips students with foundational knowledge and practical skills in consulting, integrating data analytics, Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and process improvement techniques. The tools and strategies taught are highly transferable across industries such as construction, education, finance, government, IT, manufacturing, marketing/retail, transportation or any field that benefits from data-driven decision-making and efficiency improvement. By the end of the course, students will have completed a real-world consulting project and be prepared to apply consulting and process improvement skills in professional settings.
