Employability Skills Training at Central Carolina Community College

The Employability Skills career community includes short-term workforce training programs designed to help individuals build the foundational skills needed to enter or reenter the workforce. Training focuses on workplace technology, job search strategies, career exploration, communication skills, and emerging tools such as artificial intelligence used in today’s workplaces. Many courses can be completed in a short period of time and help students build confidence and develop practical job skills.

Employability Skills courses may be fee-waived for individuals who are unemployed, underemployed, or have received notice of a pending layoff.
