Alive at 25
Course Requirements
Enrollment & Eligibility Requirements
1. Age requirement: under 24 years old
2. Repeat students who have taken Alive at 25 within the past 3 years, will need to enroll in Defensive Driving.
3. Students must provide the following when registering:
o Driver’s license and state issued
o Citation number
o Court date and county
o Type of violation (i.e. speeding, reckless driving, etc.)
o Students under 18 must complete a Leon’s Law Acknowledgement form.
